But here's where it gets controversial... LEEP is seeking a fully remote specialist, offering a unique opportunity to work with a diverse, international team without the need for relocation.
And this is the part most people miss... LEEP's work goes beyond lead paint. They're piloting interventions to tackle lead exposure from spices and cosmetics, too!
Since its inception in 2020, LEEP has made significant strides in its mission to eliminate childhood lead poisoning, affecting an astonishing one in three children worldwide. With initiatives in 40 countries, 33 completed paint studies, and regulatory support in 18 nations, LEEP is recognized as a highly effective global health intervention, partnering with major organizations like the WHO and USAID.

- At least four years of experience in communications, writing, or related fields.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical content.
- A strong understanding of brand voice and consistency.
- Hands-on experience managing digital content and social media.
- The ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Experience in low- or middle-income countries and design tool proficiency are advantageous but not mandatory.
LEEP offers a supportive, flexible remote work culture with a diverse, global team. Benefits include 33 days of paid leave, generous parental leave, professional development, and more.
